Essential Job Responsibilities

Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
Generate ideas to exceed sales goals
To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays)
Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
Qualifications

Commitment to superior customer service
Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
Self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Parts Counterperson – RV Dealership
Ricks RV Center is looking for a Parts Associate.  This role is responsible for providing world class customer service by helping all customers and ensuring the correct parts and accessories are in stock.  No experience is necessary because we will provide training.  However, any candidate should be an RV and outdoor enthusiast to apply.  Sure, you’ll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and internal staff. Essential Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
Dispatch parts to technicians and Service Advisors for work orders. Create and modify purchase orders
Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory
Assist sales staff in providing accessories.
Receive incoming parts
Take advantage of all Parts training
Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories
Provide product knowledge

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to work independantly
Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requires continuous visual abiliity for use of computer, files, and reports
Requires stoopingand lifting
Ability to bend or sit for long periods
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and reach above shoulders
